 At Navito, we strive to provide high-quality tracking devices and exceptional customer service. If you encounter any issues with your tracking device, you are entitled to a return within 14 days of your purchase date.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for devices that are not functioning correctly or are defective.
  • The device must be returned in its original condition, with all included accessories and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase from Navito or an authorized reseller is required to initiate a return.

Faulty Device Replacement

  • If your device is found to be faulty within the first 3 months of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Devices that develop issues after the initial 3 months and within the warranty period may be eligible for a replacement at a discounted rate, subject to our assessment of the device fault.

Process for Returns and Replacements

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via our website or at support@navito.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will assess your return request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the device back to us.
  3. Inspection: Upon receipt, the device will be inspected to confirm the defect. If the device is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, we will process your replacement according to the terms of our warranty.
  4. Replacement or Discount: If eligible, a replacement will be sent at no cost for faults occurring within 3 months of purchase. For faults occurring after 3 months, we may offer a replacement at a discounted rate.

Refunds

  • Refunds are generally processed in the form of the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returning the device are non-refundable, unless the device is confirmed as defective.
